Maintenance Director

As a Maintenance Director, you will supervise and coordinate the activities of the maintenance department to ensure environmental center compliance with Federal, State, and Local ordinances, regulations, and building codes. You will ensure the community is maintained in a sanitary, attractive, and orderly condition; in good repair, free from hazards such as those caused by electrical, plumbing, ventilation, heating, and cooling systems. This position also includes responsibility for quality laundry service.
Qualifications
Fire and passion for working with seniors
Flexible, fun, and energetic personality
High school diploma or equivalent, preferred
Prior experience in maintenance in a LTC/SNF/AL/MC setting required
Minimum of one year of supervisory experience in maintenance required
Knowledge of commercial laundry, housekeeping, and maintenance procedures
Professional image in appearance and behavior
Excellent written and oral communication skills
