Life Enrichment Coordinator

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Life Enrichment Coordinator to join our team.
What Will You Do in This Role?
As a Life Enrichment Coordinator, you will plan, organize, and implement a program of activities and leisure pursuits designed to meet the social, spiritual, intellectual, emotional, educational, and physical needs of residents in accordance with their comprehensive care plans.
Qualifications
Fire and passion for working with seniors.
Flexible, fun, and energetic personality.
Accreditation as a Certified Activities Director preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in recreation therapy or related area; should be licensed or registered either nationally or by the state in which practicing.
Minimum of one year of experience as an Activities Director in a LTC/SNF/AL/MC setting.
Two years of experience conducting social and recreational programs within the past five years, one of which must be full-time in a resident activities program in a health care setting.
Professional image in both appearance and behavior.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
