Position Summary
Barton Malow Builders is seeking an Assistant Superintendent to support the successful execution of construction projects. This role involves assisting the Superintendent in managing job site activities, ensuring that construction projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The Assistant Superintendent will play a key role in coordinating subcontractors, overseeing daily operations, and maintaining safety and compliance standards on the job site.

Key Job Responsibilities
Assist with opening the jobsite each morning and align the subcontractor workforce with the daily schedule.
Manage day‑to‑day on‑site field labor; ensure the jobsite is secured at the end of each working day.
Enforce corporate safety policies, including pre‑task safety planning and safety compliance in the field.
Assist with the inspection process.
Participate in contractor coordination meetings.
Assist with site logistics plan components.
Required Knowledge, Education, Experience, Skills, And Abilities
4‑year engineering, construction management or related degree.
2‑3 years of relevant professional experience or related construction internship experience.
OSHA 30‑Hour certification preferred.
Excellent organization, detail orientation, and self‑directed problem solving.
Proactive attitude with commitment to safety.
