Position Overview We are seeking an HOA Association Property Manager to join our team. The role involves assisting Homeowner Association boards in governing and running their properties. The manager will handle all aspects of client property management, ensuring that responsibilities are handled as if they were the manager’s own property.
Responsibilities
Correspond with homeowners and board of directors.
Perform property inspections and walks.
Prepare board packets and materials for board meetings.
Host board meetings to address community needs.
Track work orders and follow up with vendors.
Collect and present bids to the board.
Oversee financials and budgeting to meet community needs.
Create newsletters and flyers for homeowners regarding community updates.
Communicate effectively with homeowners and board to answer questions and address concerns.
Review architectural applications to ensure they meet community guidelines.
Provide professional guidance and expertise to the board on relevant items.
Complete other duties necessary for successful community management.
Requirements
Ability to drive to properties and walk for inspections.
Proficiency with computer programs for work orders and online documentation.
Strong customer service and teamwork skills.
Compensation & Benefits Full-time position. Pay range $50,000 – $80,000. Schedule M‑F, 8‑hour shift.
Schedule & Location Location: Riverside, CA 92506. Position requires reliable commute or relocation prior to start.
