At Mulligan Funding, we're a team of innovative and customer‑focused individuals who collaborate to fuel small and medium‑sized businesses. Based in San Diego, our team is looking for an organized, detail‑oriented administrative professional as a Partner Relationship Representative.
You will:
Streamline and enhance team processes, ensuring smooth operations and efficient support for successful deal closures
Empower and inspire our Partner Channel team and partners to maximize deal volume and quality
Handle internal and partner reporting with precision and accuracy
Collaborate seamlessly with underwriting to maintain a well‑coordinated workflow
Expertly manage our CRM, facilitating efficient progress for all opportunities
Be responsible for quality control of documents and stipulations
Call ISO Partners as needed and serve as a backup to our Partner Relationship Executives
Support, motivate and educate our ISO Partners to optimize deal volume and quality
Uphold the highest standards in document and stipulation quality control
You have:
Some work experience within the financial services sector
CRM proficiency, preferably with Salesforce experience
Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Word and Excel
A passion for and experience in operations
Eagerness to advance professionally within a sales team
Exceptional multitasking and quick‑thinking abilities
Stellar communication skills, both in‑person and via phone or email
Impeccable organizational skills and a keen eye for detail
Self‑driven, motivated, and goal‑oriented mindset
A positive, can‑do attitude that fosters success

A reasonable estimate for this role is an hourly rate of $28.85 - $31.25. Based on a standard full‑time schedule, this results in a base salary of approximately $60,000 - $65,000 per year, with an on‑target earnings (OTE) potential of $105,000.
As a non‑exempt position, this role is eligible for overtime in accordance with state and federal laws. Additional earning opportunities and performance‑based incentives will be discussed upon receiving an offer of employment. In order to provide a competitive compensation package, Mulligan Funding takes into account a variety of factors including, but not limited to, market compensation data, relevant experience, skills, education, and certifications.
