Role Description This part-time Content Manager role is an on-site position located in Dayton, OH. The Content Manager will oversee the development and implementation of content strategies, coordinate with internal teams, manage editorial workflows, ensure content quality, and optimize content for audience engagement and brand alignment. The role may also involve analyzing content performance metrics and suggesting improvements.
Qualifications
Strong skills in Content Strategy, Development, and Management
Proficiency in Editing, Proofreading, and ensuring consistency in tone and style
Experience in SEO, Digital Content Optimization, and understanding audience engagement
Ability to multitask, manage deadlines, and collaborate effectively with teams
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and analytical tools
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, English, or a relevant field
Experience in government or defense-related industries is a plus
