What You'll Work On This is an entry-level, growth-track role for someone passionate about e-Commerce and digital advertising. You’ll receive hands‑on training and mentorship, with a clear development path toward Amazon Advertising Manager.

You’ll help execute campaigns, manage influencer outreach, and analyze performance data to drive growth across Amazon’s ecosystem.

What You'll Do 1. Amazon Advertising Management

Manage Vine Program: Register and follow up on all new product enrollments

Launch and optimize advertising campaigns for new products

Continuously refine ad placements to improve performance and reduce ACOS

Conduct weekly ad performance reviews and adjust strategy for underperforming ads

Proactively reach out to Amazon Affiliates and influencers for collaboration

Manage timely communication with partners to maintain smooth coordination

Collaborate with media buyers to review data and optimize campaign impact

Monitor affiliate commission trends and explore new website partnership opportunities

3. Bundle Monitoring and Adjustments

Regularly review bundle performance and make adjustments to maximize ROI.

4. Content & Brand Optimization

Support content improvement efforts by enhancing product imagery (six-image sets) and EBC (Enhanced Brand Content)

Help maintain a consistent and elevated brand presence across listings

What We're Looking For

Proficiency in Excel and basic data tools (Google Sheets, GA, Tableau, etc.)

Understanding of Amazon ad tools (PPC, DSP, AMC) and marketplace operations

Interest in performance marketing, digital strategy, and campaign optimization

Organized and detail‑oriented, able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines with accuracy

Collaborative mindset—able to work with designers, agencies, and internal teams

Strong initiative and a proactive, positive attitude, with a genuine interest in the Health & Wellness industry

Growth‑minded and eager to learn in a fast‑paced digital marketing environment

Clear and confident communicator, able to explain ideas and results across teams and stakeholders

Experience with Walmart Ads or affiliate marketing is a plus

Bilingual in Mandarin Chinese is strongly preferred

Salary & Benefits:

Competitive base salary: $55,000–$65,000/year (based on experience)
