Purpose
Brand + Digital Marketing Designer
plays a key role in shaping how we show up in the world. This person turns ideas into visual stories that inspire action across digital, physical, and motion-based platforms.
With 3–5 years of experience, you are confident in your craft and curious about culture. You pay attention to trends. You understand Gen Z and Millennial behaviors. You know how to design for digital attention spans while maintaining brand integrity.
You are not only a designer, you are a visual storyteller. You think in static, motion, and captured moments. You understand how photography and video elevate a brand narrative and bring energy to campaigns.

Responsibilities Design + Creative Execution (Brand + Marketing Focused)
Design compelling storylines and visuals across the website, sales materials, social media, email marketing, and integrated marketing campaigns.
Create digital-first graphics that drive engagement, support lead generation, and strengthen brand consistency.
Develop sales enablement tools including pitch decks, case studies, one-pagers, and proposal templates.
Design scroll-stopping social content aligned with audience behavior and cultural trends.
Capture and edit photography that elevates our brand presence across web, social, and marketing materials.
Produce and edit video content for social media, campaigns, brand storytelling, and internal initiatives.
Incorporate motion graphics and light animation where appropriate to enhance engagement.
Ensure all work aligns with brand standards while continuously evolving our visual presence.
Trend + Culture Intelligence
Stay immersed in design trends, digital culture, emerging video formats, and Gen Z and Millennial behaviors.
Bring fresh creative references and cultural insights into brainstorms.
Push creative beyond expected solutions with relevant, future-forward thinking.
Collaboration + Ownership
Contribute bold ideas during ideation sessions.
Partner closely with marketing, business development, account services, and leadership to bring campaigns to life.
Confidently present creative rationale when needed.
Manage multiple projects and deadlines with minimal oversight.
Take initiative, problem-solve proactively, and communicate clearly.
Experience
3–5 years of professional design experience in a brand, agency, or marketing environment
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
Experience with video editing platforms (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar)
Strong working knowledge of Keynote, PowerPoint, and Acrobat
Experience designing for digital platforms including web, social, and email
Demonstrated photography experience including shooting and editing brand-quality imagery
Experience producing and editing short-form video content
WordPress experience preferred but not required
Experience in brand development and refreshes preferred
