
Pro Shop Associate

Ensure the Pro Shop is functioning efficiently. Enhance the guest golfing experience by providing the highest level of customer service.
Responsibilities
Opens and/or closes the pro shop daily.
Assists in running daily operations of the pro shop.
Provides friendly and prompt customer service to all guests.
Updates daily tee sheets.
Assists golf professionals with tournament administration.
Assists in merchandising of the pro shop.
Performs routine maintenance and cleaning of the pro shop.
No supervisory or management authority.
Work is typically performed in an indoor, climate-controlled environment.
This position requires frequent standing and walking.
Must be able to lift and carry 25lbs.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
High school diploma and one (1) year of cash handling experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Advanced knowledge of the game of golf.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Maintains a professional status with guests and vendors.
Maintains a close working relationship with management and co-workers.
Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license.
