Crosstown Insurance is seeking an experienced, customer-focused Insurance Agent who can serve clients as a trusted one-stop resource. This role is about looking out for the whole person - helping clients think through both short-term needs and long-term protection across health, financial services, property & liability, and related protection solutions. The right person is consultative, warm, detail-oriented, and team-minded. They should already hold active Minnesota Health and Life insurance licenses, bring experience meeting directly with clients, and be comfortable cross-serving and collaborating so clients receive thoughtful, full-service support. What This Role Is Designed To Do

Provide a full-service client experience rather than simply processing requests or following a rigid script Help clients understand what they are buying, why it matters, and how their choices affect them now and later Identify additional ways to support each client through education, referrals, and cross-selling across the agency Strengthen client trust by combining strong service, clear communication, and accurate follow-through Core Responsibilities

Educate and advise clients on insurance related products and coverages so they can make informed decisions with confidence. Cross-sell thoughtfully and connect clients with the right internal partners when another solution would better serve them Actively seek new business opportunities through community, circles of influence, and or prepared informational sales seminars. Manage appointments, paperwork, follow-up, and documentation with strong attention to detail Maintain a high standard of service during busy enrollment seasons, including some evening and occasional Saturday availability Pitch in as part of a family-oriented team where no task is too small What Crosstown Insurance Is Looking For

Active Minnesota Health and Life insurance licenses required Previous insurance experience working directly with clients Strong customer service mindset and ability to build trust quickly Comfort guiding one-on-one conversations and helping clients weigh options carefully Open to referrals, cross-selling, and serving the client holistically Flexible, dependable, and willing to adjust to client needs during peak seasons Positive attitude, sense of humor, willingness to learn, and a team-first approach Attentive to detail and follow-through Culture Fit
