Lead with Purpose as Program Director at Navig8, Our Adolescent Residential Treatment Center.

This is a full‑time, benefit‑eligible position. The schedule is Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm. Some after‑hours and on‑call weekends are required.

Compass Health is seeking a Program Director to lead operations at Navig8, our adolescent residential substance use recovery program. In this vital leadership role, you’ll oversee the delivery of high‑quality, trauma‑informed substance use treatment services for youth. You’ll supervise a dedicated multidisciplinary team, manage clinical operations, and ensure every young person in our care receives the support they need to move forward. This full‑time, benefit‑eligible position includes scheduled on‑call hours during the week and weekends, and occasional after‑hours support during crises or staff shortages. Key Responsibilities

Provide clinical and administrative supervision for a multidisciplinary residential treatment team

Oversee client admissions, assessments, care coordination, and discharge planning

Monitor charting, clinical quality, and service effectiveness

Lead team meetings, clinical staffing, and in‑service trainings

Represent Navig8 in the community through outreach, public speaking, and partnerships

Maintain full client capacity and regulatory compliance

Serve as a point of contact for after‑hours emergencies and provide crisis support

Supervise licensed clinicians, nursing staff, technicians, and integrated health specialists

Manage staff schedules, training, evaluations, and documentation

Support team and client safety by overseeing drug screening protocols

Ensure smooth daily operations and a therapeutic, youth‑centered environment

Requirements, Skills, Knowledge And Expertise

Master’s degree required in social work, counseling, health, or a closely related field

Work Experience/Training/Additional Requirements

At least two (2) years’ experience required in the provision of direct services related to substance abuse treatment, rehabilitation, and/or family counseling

Experience in program administration preferred

Licensure/Certification

PLPC, LPC, LMSW, LCSW, LMFT, PLP, or LP required
