Requirements
2+ years of experience in construction, bathroom remodeling.
Experience with carpentry, demolition, tile work, remodeling, framing or plumbing.
Experience with commercial, high‑rise and multi‑unit remodeling preferred.
Comfortable lifting 50+ lbs consistently.
Ability to interact professionally with customers.
Proficiency with technology such as iPad to document installation progress.
Ability to manage a job from start to finish including supervising an apprentice installer.
Must pass a background and DMV check for insurance purposes.

40-hour work week with overtime paid at 1.5x
Typical schedule Monday–Friday + overtime
Hourly pay rate of $23.00 plus OT and bonuses
Bi-monthly bonus for lead installers based on quality of installations and service percentages
