Key Responsibilities and Duties

Define required spare parts based on customer requests and equipment needs

Research required parts using CAD files, original construction drawings, and related technical documentation

Review bills of material to identify accurate parts and assemblies

Calculate material, labor, and delivery for in-house manufactured parts

Support costing efforts for vendor-supplied or buyout items

Prepare and provide customer quotes for pricing and delivery

Enter sales orders and related budget information into internal systems

Support customers with technical parts questions and order-related needs

Work cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure accurate quoting and order processing

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of customer service experience in a manufacturing environment

Ability to read and interpret manufacturing drawings

Strong understanding of bills of material

Experience supporting technical parts, order entry, quotations, or customer support in an industrial or manufacturing setting

Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel

Experience with Autodesk Inventor Viewer for part and assembly drawings is preferred

Understanding of MRP concepts is a plus

SAP sales and materials experience is a plus

Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple customer requests accurately
