Estimator
to join our team. This role is the front door to the company; as an
Estimator , your estimates help MMC win the right jobs and price them correctly. You\'ll create accurate bids, review plans/specs, coordinate with operations, and help build a consistent estimating process as the team grows. Responsibilities
Review drawings, specs, and job requirements (commercial/industrial remodeling) Build takeoffs, scopes, and pricing for labor/materials/subs Request and level subcontractor/vendor quotes Develop clear proposals and bid packages with "no surprises" detail Track bids, follow up, and support handoff to project execution Maintain estimate files, templates, and pricing databases Qualifications
3 to 5 or more years of estimating experience (commercial construction/remodel preferred) Strong plan-reading & takeoff skills Proficiency with Excel and standard office tools Detail-oriented, reliable, and responsive (ownership mindset) Strong communication, collaborates well with ops + subs Familiarity with Buildertrend, CoConstruct, Procore, or comparable platforms is highly preferred. Pay & Benefits
Full-time, W-2 Employment Pay: $40,000 to $45,000 annual base (based on experience) + performance/bonus potential Benefits: Paid time off and company holidays. The company is currently evaluating additional benefits (health insurance and retirement options) as it continues to grow. Schedule: Monday-Friday, standard business hours. Why MMC
