This role involves guiding customers through their purchasing journey, offering consulting expertise, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction to foster long-term relationships.
Qualifications
Proven experience in Sales Consulting and a strong ability to understand customer purchasing preferences
Skills in Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction to build and maintain trusted relationships
Strong Communication skills to effectively convey product information and respond to customer inquiries
Experience in providing tailored Consulting services to clients and helping them make informed decisions
Motivated team player with problem-solving skills and a focus on achieving sales goals
Familiarity with consumer appliances or retail sales is a plus
Flexibility to work onsite in a customer-oriented environment
