Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Childcare Center Director located in Madison, WI. The Childcare Center Director will oversee the daily operations of the center, ensuring high-quality early childhood education and care. Responsibilities include staff leadership, curriculum implementation, maintaining regulatory compliance, fostering family and community relationships, and ensuring a safe and nurturing environment for children. The role also involves managing enrollment, communication with families, and promoting the organization’s mission and values. Qualifications
Experience in Childcare and Early Childhood Development Knowledge of state licensing regulations and compliance requirements Spanish and English proficiency Leadership experience in an educational or childcare setting Proficiency in Education and curriculum planning Strong Communication skills to effectively interact with staff, families, and stakeholders Customer Service skills to build positive relationships with families and the wider community
