who can turn a chaotic site into a masterpiece of grading and efficiency. Key Responsibilities

You’ll supervise and manage our squad of operators and laborers, keeping morale high and the buckets moving while also working alongside them. You’ll be the architect of the schedule, ensuring every project is completed on time and under budget—because time is money, and we and the customer like both. You’re the Guardian of the Site. You’ll ensure every policy is followed so the only thing getting "hit" is our project milestones. You’ll keep our fleet in fighting shape with regular inspections, making sure every tool is ready for battle. You’ll train and mentor the next generation of earthmovers, turning "green" laborers into seasoned pros. You’ll be the face of the project, communicating progress to clients and project managers with total transparency. High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in construction management or a related field is preferred Minimum of at least 2 years’ experience in a supervisory role Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to read and interpret blueprints and project specifications Understand different types of pipes, structures & road installation Able to shoot grade & set elevations Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures related to dirt work operations Proficiency in operating and maintaining work equipment, including bulldozers, excavators, and loaders Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously Valid driver\'s license and reliable transportation CDL Class A or B is a plus, but not required
