We’re looking for a
Fair Lending Compliance Analyst
to help strengthen and evolve our Fair Lending Program, partnering across the organization to ensure our products, practices, and marketing reflect our commitment to fairness, compliance, and member trust.
You’ll play a key role in developing, executing, and continuously improving our Fair Lending Compliance Management Program. Your work will help mitigate risk, support audits and exams, and ensure compliance is embedded throughout the credit union.

Maintaining and enhancing the Fair Lending Compliance Management Program, including policies, procedures, and documentation
Conducting fair lending assessments, comparative file reviews, and other testing activities
Designing and executing proactive monitoring to identify potential fair lending and fair banking risks
Providing compliance guidance for new and existing products, services, and promotions
Partnering with and overseeing third‑party vendors performing fair lending data analysis
Developing and delivering fair lending training across the organization
Reviewing marketing materials, promotions, and website content for regulatory compliance
Serving as a trusted compliance resource to internal teams, answering questions and advising on operational processes
Supporting fair lending audits and regulatory exams, including remediation of findings
Maintaining up‑to‑date knowledge of applicable regulations and internal policies, including BSA requirements
Contributing to cross‑functional projects and the broader Compliance Department strategy
Required Qualifications:
Education & Certifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (two years of experience may substitute for one year of education)
Compliance certification required (e.g.,
CUCO ,
CRCM )
Experience
Minimum of two years in the financial services industry (bank or credit union)
At least two years in a compliance role with similar responsibilities
Skills & Knowledge
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels
Excellent analytical and problem‑solving capabilities
Working knowledge of key regulations, including ECOA, FHA, UDAAP, FCRA, and HMDA
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Project), internet research tools, and Symitar publications

Base Pay/Salary : $78,000 - $98,000 per year*
*Actual base pay within this range will be determined by several components, including but not limited to, relevant experience, internal equity, skills, qualifications, and other job‑related factors permitted by law.
