JOB REQUIREMENTS: Description Location: HCG BLACK RIVER FALLS Department: HCG-BRF Training Summary: POSITION OVERVIEW The Training & Development Director is responsible for planning, coordinating and developing training for Surveillance staff. The Training & Development Director ensures that the Surveillance staff is up to date on current policies and procedures, Internal Control Manuals and Gaming Ordinance. The Training & Development Director also provides guidance and support through the implementation of programs that develop staff skills. Note: This job description is intended to describe the general nature and level of work to be performed by the assigned person. It is not intended to be an exhaustive list of all responsibilities, duties, skills, or working conditions. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS EDUCATION: 1. Minimum four year degree in Education, Business, Human Resources. ESSENTIAL: 1. All casino employees will be subject to the Criminal and Background restrictions of the Ho-Chunk Nation. 2. Must have a valid driver’s license, liability insurance, and dependable transportation. EXPERIENCE: 1. Experience with needs analysis and curriculum design. 2. Minimum two (2) years' experience in Business, Human Resources, Training, Education and/or Management. OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS EDUCATION: 1. Minimum four year degree in Education, Business, Human Resources. ESSENTIAL: 1. All casino employees will be subject to the Criminal and Background restrictions of the Ho-Chunk Nation. 2. Must have a valid driver’s license, liability insurance, and dependable transportation. EXPERIENCE: 1. Experience with needs analysis and curriculum design. 2.
