Director, Surveillance Training & Development

A Native American tribal casino is seeking a Training & Development Director to plan and coordinate training for Surveillance staff. The ideal candidate will have a minimum four-year degree in Education, Business, or Human Resources and at least two years of experience in training or relevant fields. Responsibilities include ensuring staff are up-to-date on policies and developing training programs. A valid driver's license and dependable transportation are required.
