We are seeking an Employer Branding Specialist to support the execution of our global employer brand strategy. This role will focus on communications, content creation, and marketing initiatives that bring the StoneX Employee Value Proposition (EVP) to life across channels. You will play a critical role in shaping how we show up in the market and ensuring consistency across regions, functions, and candidate touchpoints.
This is a 6-month fixed-term contract based in Chicago, working closely with Talent Management, Talent Acquisition, HR, and key business stakeholders.
Responsibilities Key Responsibilities
Employer Brand Execution
Support the delivery of the global employer branding strategy aligned to StoneX’s EVP, values, and growth goals
Create and manage content that showcases life at StoneX, including employee stories, campaigns, and culture-driven initiatives
Ensure consistent messaging across all candidate and employee touchpoints
Content & Communications
Develop high-quality written and visual content for careers pages, social media (especially LinkedIn), internal communications, and recruitment marketing campaigns
Partner with stakeholders to translate business priorities into compelling talent messaging
Maintain and evolve StoneX’s tone of voice across employer brand materials
Digital & Marketing Channels
Manage and optimize content across key platforms, including LinkedIn Life, careers site, and recruitment marketing channels
Partner with Marketing to analyze engagement metrics and optimize content strategy based on performance insights
Support campaign planning and execution for key hiring initiatives and early careers programs
Culture & ERGs
Support culture initiatives by partnering with ERGs to amplify activity and key moments through employer brand channels
Create content that highlights ERG events, stories, and impact across internal and external platforms
Ensure alignment between ERG messaging and the broader StoneX employer brand
Stakeholder Management
Collaborate closely with Talent Acquisition, Marketing, HR Business Partners, and business leaders to align on hiring priorities and branding needs
Employer Brand Infrastructure
Support the continued development of employer branding assets, toolkits, and guidelines for global use
Contribute to the evolution of the StoneX EVP and ensure it is embedded across all talent initiatives
Qualifications Skills & Experience
3–6 years of experience in employer branding, recruitment marketing, communications, or related field
Strong content creation skills (written and visual), with the ability to tailor messaging to different audiences
Experience managing social media and digital marketing channels, particularly LinkedIn
Ability to translate business strategy into clear, compelling messaging
Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills in a fast-paced, global environment
Data-driven mindset with experience using analytics to inform decisions
Experience working in financial services or a global, matrixed organization is a plus
