Our expertise spans global equities and fixed income, multi-asset strategies, ETFs, and private investments. **Role Summary** The **Software Engineer Sr Specialist** serves as a hands-on technical leader supporting Sales and Marketing Technology. This role designs, builds, and oversees scalable, secure, and integrated solutions across SaaS platforms, custom applications, and AI-enabled capabilities. The Sr Specialist actively develops production solutions while guiding technical direction, mentoring engineers, and influencing architecture decisions—particularly around the responsible adoption of AI. This role reports to IT Manager - Software Engineering - Application Delivery. Mentor developers through design reviews, implementation guidance, and knowledge sharing Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field or equivalent professional experience demonstrating advanced software engineer and architectural capabilityAt least 8+ years software engineering experience with strong architectural judgment Hands-on experience with modern application stacks (Java/Spring, JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Node.js). Strong integration experience (API-driven and service-based architectures).Experience designing and integrating SaaS solutions, including Salesforce ecosystems (API and data flow knowledge required).Working knowledge of applied AI/automation and integrating AI services into business workflows. Cloud-native experience (containers, Kubernetes/OpenShift, CI/CD, observability tools). Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical decisions into business impactExperience in regulated or risk-sensitive environments. Experience leading vendor evaluations, RFPs, or technical POCs. Familiarity with identity and access management (e.g., Okta, RBAC, MFA). Experience contributing to AI governance, standards, or reusable engineering patterns.
