Here, you’ll find a collaborative culture that respects and values differences and colleagues who share a spirit of generosity. * Frame ambiguous problems, define hypotheses, and drive decision-making across complex initiatives.* Develop executive-ready materials that translate analysis into clear recommendations.* Build business cases quantifying financial impact, investment requirements, and risks.* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.* 12+ years of experience in strategy, consulting, or transformation roles.* Demonstrated success leading complex, cross-functional initiatives.* Strong problem-solving, analytical, and financial modeling skills.* Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive decisions.* Excellent communication skills with experience presenting to executive audiences.* Experience in wealth management, financial services, or advisory businesses.* Background in M&A, integration, or strategic partnerships.* Experience leading enterprise transformation or large-scale initiatives.* Strong understanding of operating model design and execution.* Ability to operate effectively in highly ambiguous, fast-paced environmentsPlacement within the range provided above is based on the individual’s relevant experience and skills for the role.

Base salary is only one component of our total compensation package.
