Marketing & Business Development Manager Irvine, CA, US

Salary Range: $120,000.00 – $170,000.00 annually
Responsibilities
Collaborate with attorneys and practice group leaders to develop and implement business development plans.
Identify new client opportunities and cross‑selling initiatives across Southern California.
Support execution of targeted outreach strategies, including client events, sponsorships, and seminars.
Lead development of pitches, proposals, and client presentations.
Track and report on business development activity and results.
Support lateral integration efforts and partner with the broader marketing team on branding, communications, and digital initiatives.
Qualifications
At least five years of experience in marketing and/or business development within a professional services environment; law firm experience strongly preferred.
Strong knowledge of the Southern California market, particularly Orange County.
Demonstrated ability to build relationships and work effectively with senior stakeholders, including attorneys and firm leadership.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong project management abilities and a strategic, solutions‑oriented mindset.
Collaborative approach, high level of professionalism, and ability to influence without authority.
Experience supporting technology, life sciences, or other innovation-driven sectors is a plus.
Occasional travel to other firm offices and regional events required.
Compensation and Benefits Typical pay range is $120,000 – $170,000+ depending on experience.
