Senior Executive Assistant Job Summary

Senior Executive Assistant will provide executive-level administrative support to the President & Chief Creative Officer of Walt Disney Imagineering. The role serves as the primary contact for all incoming communication, prioritizes daily activities, manages complex calendars, coordinates meetings, arranges travel, and prepares presentations and correspondence. The position requires confidentiality, diplomacy, and the ability to anticipate the executive’s needs in a fast‑paced environment.

What You Will Do

Perform administrative duties including screening and routing phone calls, scheduling meetings, managing calendars, maintaining filing systems, and ensuring timely communication.

Understand current priorities to strategically direct activities; build in time for strategy, planning and travel between meetings.

Prepare for meetings, including large presentations and video conferences across multiple sites and time zones.

Manage global business travel planning and execution, considering time zones, weather, traffic, and other key inputs.

Interface directly with senior executives and support teams both internally and externally.

Handle extremely confidential, sensitive information.

Draft letters and emails on behalf of the executive.

Provide additional office support such as ordering supplies, processing purchase orders, and SAP workflow requirements.

Assist with special projects and related duties, including researching key opportunities and potential projects.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Proven administrative experience supporting senior level executives in a fast‑paced, complex environment, preferably within the entertainment industry.

Demonstrated exemplary planning and organization skills – able to set priorities, manage competing demands, meet deadlines, and change course quickly.

Proactive, self‑motivated, able to anticipate needs and make independent decisions.

Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

Relationships across segments and enterprise that aid scheduling, problem‑solving, and positive outcomes.

Positive team player with an enthusiastic attitude, creative problem‑solving skills, and strong service orientation.

Reliability handling confidential, highly sensitive information with good judgment.

Proficiency with Microsoft 365, SAP, Concur, video teleconferencing, and other technologies on Mac, iPhone, and iPad.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience within The Walt Disney Company, broad understanding of its units and disciplines.

Experience supporting CEO’s & senior executives in the entertainment industry.

Presentation skills (PowerPoint, Keynote, Adobe suite).

Education

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Benefits and Perks Disney offers a rewards package that includes health and savings benefits, educational opportunities, and special extras.

Salary and Location Hiring range: $95,500 to $128,000 per year (40‑hour work week). Base pay may vary based on equity, geographic region, skills, and experience. Bonus and/or long‑term incentive units may also be provided. The role is based in Glendale, California.
