By uniting people of passion who believe they can make a difference, we are confident that we can achieve this goal.## **Job Description**The AI Community & Engagement Lead/Manager drives AI fluency, evangelization, and citizen development across Globe Telecom. This role designs and executes enterprise-wide AI literacy programs, oversees AI tool adoption analytics, manages internal AI communities of practice, and cultivates a pipeline of AI builders - citizen developers and AI driven developers. The role tracks and grows Globe's AI maturity by monitoring key metrics around AI literacy, tool usage, and builder community growth, ensuring that AI becomes a core organizational competency across all business functions.**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:*** Design and implement Globe's AI fluency and upskilling programs for employees at all levels (awareness, practitioner, builder tracks)* Evangelize AI capabilities and use cases across the organization through campaigns, showcases, town halls, and internal comms* Manage and grow the Globe AI Community of Practice (CoP), including regular meetups, knowledge-sharing sessions, and recognition programs* Oversee citizen developer initiatives: identify, train, and support employees who build AI solutions using low-code
o-code tools* Oversee professional engineers’ AI enablement programs:: identify, train, and support employees who build AI solutions using high code AI tools such as IDEs, coding assistants and agents, etc.* Track and report on AI tool adoption, engagement, and community growth metrics to leadership* Maintain and publish a dashboard tracking AI literacy levels, builder community growth, and tool adoption rates across Globe* Collaborate with HR/L&D to embed AI upskilling into career development frameworks and new hire onboarding* Curate and manage content for AI learning resources, internal knowledge bases, and community platforms (e.g., Teams channels, social media, Workvivo, etc.)* Organize and execute internal AI events: hackathons, demo days, learning sprints, AI fairs, and certification drives* Partner with external AI vendors, platforms, and communities to bring best practices and new capabilities to Globe employees* Develop and manage the AI Ambassador/Champion network across Globe business units* Report on community health metrics and program effectiveness to senior leadership on a regular cadence**REQUIREMENTS:*** Bachelor's degree in Communications, Education, Human Resources, Information Technology, Business, or related field* 2-5 years of experience in L&D, organizational development, community management, or digital adoption roles* Demonstrated passion for AI and emerging technology; hands-on experience using AI tools in a work context* Proven track record in designing and executing training, enablement, or community programs at scale* Strong analytical skills with experience in tracking and reporting program metrics* Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills* Experience working in a large enterprise or telco environment is an advantage* Familiarity with Philippine enterprise culture and workforce dynamics**Equal Opportunity Employer**
