Investor Relations Intern

As an Investor Relations Intern, you will play a vital role in supporting our client service and investor relations efforts. Your responsibilities will include handling inbound investor inquiries via various channels such as calls, chats, and emails. Additionally, you will assist in resolving issues, facilitating key parts of our onboarding process, and contributing to our investment procedures.
On any given day, you will:
Assist the EquityMultiple Investor Relations team to deliver investor support
Collect, track, and review important investor documents
Provide occasional phone, email, and chat coverage for incoming investor questions
Help with internal ticketing creation and tracking to our technical support team
Assist in maintaining our Salesforce/CRM platform and processes
Compile and analyze investor feedback
Some projects we’re hoping you can tackle:
Research our competitors’ platforms and user experiences
Compile and analyze investor feedback and questions
Help train our chatbot to answer common questions
We’re looking for someone who is:
An undergraduate junior, senior, or master’s student
Detail‑oriented
Experience on a service desk, or in a customer service capacity
Not afraid to pick up the phone/chat/email and speak/chat with people
Eager to learn within a fast‑paced environment
We are looking for someone to start immediately, who's NYC-based and able to come into the office. The internship is set to start May 2025 end in August 2025 with the opportunity to extend the timeline with us into the future, including the opportunity for a future full‑time role. The hourly rate for this role is $20/hour. This is a full‑time role, ideally 40 hours per week.
