This is a contract, on-site role for a Graphic Design & Print Assistant located in Los Alamitos, CA. In this role, you’ll support the graphic design and print production team by creating and editing files for print, ensuring quality standards, and assisting with overall production workflow. This position requires strong attention to detail and the ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
Support the team with creating and updating visual and production materials
Prepare and organize files and assets for production
Assist with quality checks and review processes to ensure accuracy and consistency
Maintain organized digital and physical workspaces
Provide general support to production operations and workflow coordination
Help monitor and track ongoing jobs to ensure timely completion
Assist with packaging, labeling, and preparing materials for shipment
Support general operational tasks as needed
Qualifications:
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Graphic Design, Print Production, or a related field
Basic proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop)
Basic understanding of print production processes (CMYK, bleed, DPI, etc.)
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Interest in physical product and print design
