What You’ll Do:
Plan and lead engaging daily activity programs for residents
Coordinate events, outings, and seasonal celebrations
Encourage participation and build meaningful relationships with residents
Work closely with interdisciplinary teams to support resident well‑being
Maintain activity calendars and documentation
Create a warm, inclusive environment where everyone feels involved
What We’re Looking For:
Experience in activities, recreation, or senior living preferred
Strong creativity and organizational skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Compassionate, upbeat, and resident‑focused personality
Ability to lead both group and one‑on‑one activities
