Assistant Property Manager
Location: Las Lomas
Pay: $21.00 per hour
POSITION SUMMARY As an Assistant Property Manager, you will work closely with the Property Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure that the property is well-maintained and running smoothly. You will assist with leasing, maintenance requests, and resident relations to ensure the highest level of service is provided. Candidate must be bilingual in Spanish & English.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist with leasing and renewals to meet occupancy and retention goals.
Coordinate maintenance requests and ensure timely resolutions.
Monitor and track property performance and report issues to the Property Manager.
Handle resident inquiries and provide outstanding customer service.
Maintain accurate records of property activities, including leases, payments, and maintenance.
REQUIREMENTS
High School Diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree preferred.
Previous property management or customer service experience.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS & WORK ENVIRONMENT
Frequent walking, standing, and climbing stairs while inspecting properties, and interacting with residents.
Ability to lift and carry up to 30 lbs (e.g., boxes, office supplies, or maintenance tools).
Occasional bending, squatting, or kneeling to inspect facilities or manage small repairs.
Ability to operate office equipment, computers, and telephones for extended periods.
