Job Details The Role: Reimbursement Specialist
This position focuses on end‑to‑end billing and collections, working closely with internal teams and clients to ensure invoices are accurate, submitted timely, and collected efficiently.
You’ll be responsible for:
Processing and posting revenue for billing with a focus on accuracy and timeliness
Generating and submitting invoices through multiple channels (email, portals, VMS, etc.)
Reviewing documentation (timecards, contracts, POs) to ensure billing compliance
Managing AR aging and following up on past‑due accounts
Researching and resolving billing discrepancies and denied invoices
Communicating with clients to drive collections and resolve outstanding balances
Posting payments, reconciling accounts, and minimizing write‑offs
Partnering internally to improve billing processes and reduce errors
