BPO Specialist

Key Responsibilities

Perform import trade transaction data input, filing;

Handle the assigned trade functions in an efficient and accurate manner;

Perform other duties as delegated;

Monitor and report any operational risks or control issues to management;

Perform implementation of new processing operations model

Perform checking of import / export trade documents;

Immediate availability preferred

Qualifications

HKDSE / HKCEE graduates or above;

Fresh graduate is welcome

Minimum 1-2 years' related experience in Trade Import / Export Operations;

Strong communication and problem-solving skills;

Able to work independently;

Basic knowledge on trade finance field;

Solid knowledge in trade finance transaction workflow in order to ensure trade transactions are processed accurately and efficiently;

Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese;

Proficient in MS applications, i.e. Word, Excel and outlook
