Delivery Consultant – Energy Solutions (Mid–Senior Level Recruitment)
We are looking for a driven and ambitious Delivery Consultant to join our growing Energy Solutions recruitment team. This is a unique opportunity to be the first hire in a delivery-focused model, working directly alongside two senior leaders (Associate Director/Director level) who will provide a consistent flow of live roles.
This position is 180 delivery-focused, centered on identifying and engaging top-tier talent across the Energy Solutions market, with a focus on Sales, Engineering, and Construction professionals.
You will work on multiple live roles each week (minimum 2+), allowing you to quickly build deep expertise within a high-demand, candidate-short market.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the full candidate delivery process for mid to senior-level roles
Proactively source candidates through headhunting, cold calling, and direct outreach
Build and maintain strong talent pipelines within the Energy Solutions industry
Develop long-term relationships with candidates to support repeat placements
Run end-to-end search processes, from initial outreach through to placement
Maintain accurate and organized data within our CRM system (Bullhorn)
Attend industry events and networking opportunities to grow your market presence
Collaborate closely with senior leadership to prioritize and execute on active roles
What We’re Looking For
1–4 years of recruitment experience, ideally in a candidate-short market
Proven ability to source talent through cold calling and headhunting (not reliant on job ads)
Strong organizational skills and experience managing pipelines and systems (e.g., Bullhorn or similar CRM)
A structured approach to managing workload, prioritization, and daily activity
Experience working toward weekly KPIs or performance targets
A track record of success in candidate generation and placements
Excellent communication skills and confidence engaging with mid to senior-level professionals
