Sheds Sales Consultant (Top-Tier Talent)

South San Antonio, TX (On-Site)

Schedule:

Full-Time | Monday–Saturday (No Sunday Sales)

Compensation:

Commission-Only | Uncapped Earnings + Bonus Plan

OTE:

$50,000 – $100,000+

What You’ll Do

Greet and consult with walk-in customers, delivering an exceptional experience on the lot

Respond rapidly to inbound leads (phone, web, social) with thoughtful, consistent follow-up

Design custom buildings using our 3D shed builder based on customer needs and budget

Guide customers through purchasing options, including Rent-to-Own, site prep, permits, and delivery

Maintain an organized, high-converting sales lot (pricing, signage, merchandising, and content)

Keep CRM clean and accurate; manage pipeline and forecast deals weekly

Ensure seamless handoff to operations for a smooth customer experience

Contribute to team growth—share best practices, support teammates, and model our values

What Success Looks Like (KPIs)

8–12 units/month

after 90-day ramp

≤ 5-minute lead response time

during business hours

100% same-day follow-up

on all leads

25–35% close rate

on qualified opportunities

What You Bring

3+ years of consultative sales experience (retail, home services, building materials, auto/RV/trailers preferred)

Proven track record of exceeding sales goals

Strong pipeline management and follow-up discipline

High integrity, ownership mindset, and servant leadership approach

Comfort in a faith-driven, feedback-rich culture

Tech‑savvy (CRM systems, e‑signature tools, smartphone content, basic spreadsheets)

Willingness to work Saturdays and be active on the lot (including lifting up to ~50 lbs)

Valid driver’s license with a clean record

Compensation & Growth

Commission-only with uncapped earning potential ( 5.5% – 8% including bonuses )
