Were looking for a high-performing Sales Representative to take qualified inbound opportunities and turn them into closed deals.

This is a revenue-driving role with strong earning potential and real ownershipnot typical construction sales.

Instead, this role sits within the high-end real estate space, where clients are investing $30K$100K+ into transforming their outdoor spaces into elevated extensions of how they live, relax, and work. Our clients are homeowners with a strong sense of design, quality, and experience. They are not simply buying sheds or saunasthey are investing in a premium forever product that complements a service we are able to help make reality.


The Role

Youll own the full sales cyclefrom first conversation through closing.


Your focus:

  • Run high-quality Intro Calls
  • Guide prospects through a consultative buying journey
  • Build trust, understand lifestyle needs, and handle objections
  • Close deals and drive revenue

You are directly responsible for turning interest into committed clients who see the value in a curated space.


What Youll Do

  • Run Intro Calls with qualified prospects
  • Own deals from first call to close
  • Guide customers through a premium, consultative buying journey
  • Conduct Virtual Site Visits and support the closing process
  • Follow up consistently to move high-value deals forward
  • Collaborate with the team on pipeline and performance


What Success Looks Like (First 6090 Days)

  • Confidently run Intro Calls and control the conversation
  • Maintain strong pipeline momentum through disciplined follow-up
  • Build trust quickly with high-end clientele
  • Begin closing deals and contributing meaningfully to revenue
  • Develop strong product, design, and process knowledge

  • Part-time or full-time to start
  • Minimum 3 days onsite
  • Experience with G-Suite, Mac or Windows
  • Customer-facing (calls, showroom visits, events)
  • BA/BS preferred (or equivalent experience)
