Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a New Home Sales Consultant at Windmill Homes LLC, located in Milliken, CO. The New Home Sales Consultant will guide prospective buyers through the home-buying process, provide outstanding customer service, and build strong relationships with clients. The responsibilities include showcasing model homes, presenting new home features, assisting clients with customizations, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with team members to meet sales goals. The role also involves staying informed about the housing market and participating in training and development opportunities.
Qualifications
Strong Customer Service and relationship-building skills to provide an exceptional home-buying experience.
Experience in New Home Sales preferred and general Sales techniques to effectively present and sell homes.
Negotiation skills to manage contracts and ensure client satisfaction while achieving company goals.
Willingness to engage in Training and a commitment to continuous learning and professional growth.
Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools is a plus.
