Our client located in Chicago, IL is looking for a Temporary HR Business Partner to support their Canadian HR Operations:
Description:
Responsible for performance management and employee relations
Provide guidance to leaders on policies and procedures
Support the execution of Global HR programs
Ensure workforce alignment and strategic business objectives
Requirements:
5+ years of progressive HR experience
Previous experience supporting a Canadian workforce
Knowledge of Canadian employment legislation
This position is fully onsite. Assignment will last at least 6 months
Hourly to $30.00 to $50.00 hourly DOE-- Medical benefits available
