Davidson Ford of Clay is looking for a Parts Counter Person to join our busy Parts department! This position will assist dealership customers both internal and external find the right part for the job! We're looking for someone who's eager to learn, friendly, and wants to work as part of a team!

Pay Range $47,000 - $55,000+/yr, based on experience
Hours 7:30am - 5:30pm Monday - Friday, occasional Saturday as needed
Responsibilities
Order and check in parts.
Dispatch parts to the service technicians.
Answering phones and providing excellent customer service.
Help customers at the parts counter.
Communicate with the service advisors and technicians about the availability of parts.
Other duties may be assigned as needed.
Required Skills
A multi-tasker who can provide excellent customer service.
Process oriented with an attention to detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency with technology.
Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs.
Must be at least 18 years of age and have a valid driver’s license
Preferred Skills
Previous parts experience.
Prior experience in sales, retail, customer service, or administrative.
