Responsibilities
Attend daily office check‑ins for training and mentorship
Generate leads through neighborhood outreach and door‑to‑door canvassing
Present inspection results and roofing solutions to homeowners
Guide homeowners through the first step of their insurance claim
Relay customer and job details to operations for coordination and production
Requirements
Valid driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle
Authorized to work in the United States
Ability to pass a background check
Comfortable climbing and inspecting roofs while following safety guidelines
