Program Launch Specialist
Program Launch Specialist drives rapid referral activation, early utilization growth, and procedural conversion at newly launched Aquablation Therapy sites. The role acts as an extension of the regional commercial team during the first 90–120 days of new program launches, working with RSRs/ASRs to train office staff, optimize referral pathways, and ensure operational readiness.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with ASM/TM to activate Aquablation patient pathways post-launch.
Support Procedure Activation Success in Office and Hospital.
Activate the referral funnel to convert BPH treatments aligned with the physician’s treatment algorithm and selection criteria.
Activate the operational function of Aquablation Days in the Hospital with Revenue Cycle and OR Block.
Train office staff on patient identification, scheduling, and referral flow.
Collaborate with schedulers and administrators on billing, coding, and pre-authorization readiness.
Train offices on operational and financial efficiencies to support adoption.
Support surgeon champion development and conversion of respective procedures to Aquablation.
Coordinate with Marketing and Reimbursement to deploy patient and staff education tools.
Track patient flow, conversion rates, and reimbursement turnaround times.
Performance Metrics
Referral and conversion rate growth.
Case volume in first 90 days post-launch.
Efficiency to first 10 procedures within 60 days of PO.
Aquablation days measured by 4-6 procedures per day.
Patient pathway activation efficiency.
Reimbursement cycle time and billing accuracy.
Stakeholder satisfaction and readiness.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
5–12 years in medical device sales, market development, or commercial operations (urology preferred).
Strong understanding of referral dynamics, reimbursement, and hospital workflows.
Proven ability to influence physician and office adoption.
Analytical, data-driven mindset with strong collaboration skills.
Willingness to travel up to 50%.
Compensation Base salary: $110,000.00
