Delaware North Sportservice is hiring seasonal Concessions Leads to join our team at Globe Life Field in Arlington, Texas. As Concessions Lead, you will supervise assigned concessions stand(s) and lead team members in delivering excellent guest service.

Pay $17.00 - $17.00 / hour

What will you do?
Assign duties to scheduled team members and oversee opening/closing procedures of concession stands
Oversee daily operations of multiple concessions stands in an assigned area of the ballpark
Investigate and resolve complaints regarding food quality, service, or accommodations
Help train new stand employees on concessions operations including how to work the POS system
Ensure the concessions stands are stocked during and after the game, order supplies when needed
Assist guests, stock shelves, count inventory, and perform cashier duties when necessary
More about you
Minimum of one year experience in a food service position required; previous experience as a stand attendant or stand manager preferred
Previous cash handling or cashier experience required
No high school diploma or GED required
Physical requirements
Constant standing, walking, bending, reaching, and repetitive motions
Ability to lift to 50 pounds
