The Assistant Director of Graduate Admission is responsible for all aspects of the graduate admissions process related to the recruitment of prospective students. The Assistant Director is responsible for proactively engaging students throughout the enrollment process, assisting in program identification and utilizing a CRM (Slate – Technolutions) to manage prospects and applicant conversion. This position will also be tasked with planning and attending virtual and in‑person admission events as necessary.
In this position, you will work closely with program directors to ensure enrollment goals are met. This may include conversations regarding program marketing and market position. Our goal is to attract and enroll dynamic students to Endicott’s outstanding graduate and professional studies programs.

Recruitment 70%
Recruitment of assigned graduate and/or professional studies programs at the College. Includes managing all communication with prospective students at all points in the application funnel within these programs.
Attend recruitment events; this will include some weekend and evening events.
Organize recruitment events and information sessions specific to assigned program populations.
Collaborate with Marketing and additional departments to support student experience within the recruitment and enrollment stages.
Internal Communication and Campus Engagement 30%
Collaborate with deans and directors of respective programs to provide recruitment updates and collaborate on outreach strategies for these populations.
Communication with internal prospective students (current Endicott undergraduates) about Graduate study opportunities.
Be an active participant in the life of the College by attending and supporting key events like Commencement, Homecoming, and other all‑hands‑on‑deck gatherings. Show a spirit of collaboration and community involvement, including volunteering when possible.
Other Duties

Reporting Structure Reports to the Senior Associate Director of Graduate Admissions.

Graduate degree required (degree in process will be considered)

This position requires frequent regional and occasional national travel to represent the College at college fairs and recruitment events. The successful candidate must be able to travel independently and reliably to fulfill these responsibilities, including evening and weekend commitments as needed.
Preferred Qualifications Higher education experience is preferred.
In compliance with Massachusetts pay transparency law, the annual base salary range for this position is $64,000–$67,000. Endicott College considers factors such as (but not limited to) the scope and responsibilities of the position, relevant work experience, education, specialized skills, internal equity, and external market data when extending an offer. The final salary is determined by the Human Resources Office based on these factors. This range reflects base salary only and does not include benefits or other compensation.
