Overview:
Seeking an experienced Mortgage Lending Supervisor to lead loan assistants, support originators, and ensure smooth, compliant mortgage operations. This role focuses on loan structuring, pipeline management, and team leadership to meet lending goals.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and develop loan assistants
Partner with originators to drive loan production
Review, structure, and approve mortgage loans within authority
Collaborate with underwriting to ensure consistency and compliance
Troubleshoot mortgage systems and process issues
Keep loans moving efficiently through the pipeline
Handle escalations and borrower concerns
Qualifications
5–8 years of mortgage lending experience
1–2 years of leadership experience
Strong knowledge of underwriting, loan structuring, and compliance
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
