RECRUITER This role is the starting point for a successful sales career at BlueSky.
As a Recruiter, you will learn how staffing works, how our services support major companies, and how to connect the right people to the right opportunities. You’ll review resumes from our internal database and job boards, conduct phone interviews, prepare candidates for hiring manager conversations, and guide them through the hiring process all the way to offer stage.
Most team members spend 7–9 months in this role before moving into our Sales Development Program (SDP) — an 8–10‑week program designed to prepare you for a full‑time sales position.
ACCOUNT MANAGER Account Managers are the front line of BlueSky.
They work directly with hiring leaders across Atlanta and the U.S. by identifying companies that need staffing and workforce solutions. Connections start through outreach and networking and grow into long‑term business partnerships.
Account Managers run client meetings, attend lunches and events, and learn each customer’s team culture, hiring goals, and challenges so we can offer solutions that truly impact their business. They gather job requirements and partner closely with the recruiting team to fill roles with top talent.
Our Account Managers are experts in hiring strategy and relationship‑based sales.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS BlueSky offers a competitive base salary, uncapped commission, a cell phone allowance, and opportunities to win annual sales contests and cash bonuses.
Average earnings:
Year 2: $68,000 – $83,000 Year 3: $118,000 – $152,000
We offer a competitive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, disability, and life insurance, a 401(k), and unlimited PTO.
