Objectives of this Role
Drive revenue growth by managing existing accounts and aggressively pursuing new business
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and trade partners
Deliver exceptional customer service and represent Fishman Flooring Solutions professionally
Promote a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement
Key Responsibilities
Manage all aspects of the assigned sales territory, including account development and retention
Identify and secure new business opportunities through proactive prospecting and networking
Assist customers with product selection, specifications, and order fulfillment
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
Maintain accurate records in CRM and provide regular sales reports
Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and product knowledge
Represent Fishman Flooring Solutions at trade shows, events, and customer meetings
Required Skills and Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred
Proven ability to discover and develop new accounts
Strong understanding of customer service excellence
Highly motivated, accountable, and able to work independently
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
High level of computer proficiency, including MS Office Suite, Teams, and SharePoint
Experience working with a robust CRM system
Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within the territory
Innovative mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
Preferred Qualifications
3 years of commercial sales and/or specification experience
Familiarity with B2B sales environments and specification selling
Ability to manage complex pricing structures and large product catalogs
Experience in the flooring industry strongly preferred
