Job Overview Company: Pro Builders Express Inc.
Salary/Pay Rate: $90,000 - $120,000+ per year (based on experience)
Location: Based on project sites - La Mirada, CA.
Job/Employment Type: Full Time.
Project Scope:
Residential
New Home Construction and Remodeling.
Mandatory Licenses & Certifications: None Required.
The Opportunity You will act as the primary leader on-site, overseeing the transformation of blueprints into high-quality residential homes. This role offers the chance to manage diverse projects using modern construction technology within a supportive, stress-free work environment. How You Will Make an Impact Coordinate the daily operations of new home construction to ensure all projects remain on strict production schedules.
Supervise and manage subcontractors on-site to maintain high standards of craftsmanship and professional conduct.
Schedule the timely delivery of building materials and the arrival of trade partners to prevent project bottlenecks.
Execute daily project logs and documentation to provide transparent progress updates to the leadership team.
Communicate effectively with homeowners and building inspectors to facilitate smooth approvals and high client satisfaction.
Troubleshoot and resolve minor technical items or logistical issues on-site to maintain momentum and safety.
Required Qualifications & Experience Minimum of 10 years of verified
residential
home building experience.
Deep technical knowledge of all current residential building codes and materials.
Proven ability to read and interpret complex construction plans and architectural drawings.
Must have good organizational skills to use day to day in keeping your team and projects on track.
Reliable transportation, preferably a truck.
Proficiency in basic computer skills for project logging and digital communication.
Possession of basic construction tools and reliable transportation (preferably a truck).
Preferred Qualifications & Experience Demonstrated experience in high-end residential remodeling and new construction.
Strong organizational skills with a history of managing multiple residential job sites simultaneously.
Advanced proficiency in modern construction management software and tech tools.
