Mission At JobNimbus, we’re on a mission to make contractors heroes. Marketing Ops Manager, your mission is to architect and scale the systems that power our marketing engine‑enabling clear attribution, predictable pipeline, and confident growth. You will bring clarity to complexity, ensuring our marketing efforts are measurable, actionable, and built for long‑term scale without creating operational debt.

What You'll Be Doing

Build and scale a consistent marketing funnel framework, including lifecycle stages, lead statuses, routing rules, and qualification processes

Standardize campaign architecture, naming conventions, and governance to enable reliable, repeatable reporting

Architect and automate lead management systems, including lead scoring, MQL/SQL definitions, and marketing‑to‑sales handoffs

Establish and enforce SLAs between Marketing and Sales to ensure alignment and accountability

Own HubSpot data integrity and continuously improve data hygiene across contacts, companies, and campaigns

Identify funnel bottlenecks and implement automation and system improvements to increase speed, accuracy, and scalability

Partner cross‑functionally and serve as the HubSpot expert, translating strategy into scalable systems, guiding configuration, and driving team adoption

When attribution is off, data is messy, or handoffs break down, you take responsibility and drive solutions that scale.

Customer Obsessed. You recognize that behind every lead, campaign, and data point is a real customer. You build systems that create a seamless, accurate, and valuable customer journey, from first touch to closed deal. Your work ensures that Marketing and Sales operate in sync, delivering a consistent and high‑quality experience that ultimately makes contractors heroes.

Proactive Learning. You stay ahead of the curve in marketing operations, continuously leveling up your expertise in HubSpot, automation, attribution models, and emerging tools like Clay. You actively seek better, faster, and more scalable ways to operate, bringing new ideas and innovations that improve performance and eliminate inefficiencies.

Team Commitment. You operate as a true partner across Marketing, Sales, RevOps, and Finance. You build systems that serve the entire organization— not just one team—and ensure alignment through clear SLAs, shared definitions, and consistent processes.
