Position Summary We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated
Sales Consultant
to join our team. If you have a passion for sales and excellent customer service skills, you will thrive in this role. You will be responsible for assisting customers with vehicle selection and promoting our new and pre‑owned vehicle inventory along with related products and services.
Key Responsibilities
Assist customers in selecting vehicles by explaining features, benefits, and financing options
Conduct vehicle test drives while ensuring all safety and traffic rules are followed
Provide clear explanations of vehicle operation, warranty details, and servicing requirements
Maintain accurate and timely sales documentationStay informed about current vehicle models, accessories, promotions, and financing options
Attend staff meetings, training sessions, and educational classes as required
Perform additional duties as assigned to support dealership operations
Work Environment At Ocean Honda of Burlingame, you will work in a professional, drug‑free, and non‑smoking workplace that values integrity and teamwork.
Requirements
High school diploma or GED required
Valid, unrestricted driver’s license with a clean driving record
Professional, dependable, and safety‑conscious
Ability to work independently and meet goals with limited supervision
Basic computer and internet skills
Excellent communication skills
Professional appearance and strong work ethic
Ability to read and comprehend instructions thoroughly
Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred
Residence nearby Burlingame, CA required
