Senior Commercial Lines Account Executive
Job Summary Seeking a highly skilled and client-focused
Senior Commercial Lines Account Executive
to join a dynamic team. In this role, you will manage a $10MM book of business, consisting of mid-market to large accounts with premiums ranging from $100K to $1MM. The portfolio spans a variety of industries, including real estate, contractors, manufacturers, non-profits, distributors, and staffing. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional to leverage their expertise in commercial lines insurance while building strong, long-term client relationships.

Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of mid-market to large commercial accounts, ensuring exceptional client service and satisfaction.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, fostering strong and lasting relationships.
Oversee the full account lifecycle, including renewals, quoting, binding, and policy issuance.
Collaborate with the internal marketing team on large or complex remarketing efforts.
Prepare and review applications, proposals, and coverage comparisons to meet client needs.
Handle ACORD applications, supplemental forms, and loss run analysis as required.
Issue certificates of insurance (COIs) and review policies, endorsements, audits, and billing as needed.
Leverage a dedicated virtual assistant for administrative and processing tasks, including certificates, endorsements, audits, policy checking, data entry, schedules, and finance agreements.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation in the agency management system.
Qualifications/Requirements
Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial lines insurance, with a focus on account management.
Proven experience managing mid-market to large accounts with premiums of $100K or more.
Strong knowledge of commercial coverages, including General Liability, Auto, Umbrella/Excess, Workers Compensation, and Property.
Proficiency with agency management systems, preferably Sagitta, and document management platforms such as ImageRight.
Solid understanding of carrier appetite and underwriting guidelines.
Exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.
