EMEA PRODUCT LIFE COORDINATOR
Key Responsibilities
Maintain and develop the Consumer Branded and Own Label product portfolio
Manage end-to-end product lifecycle projects across EMEA markets, including New Product Development (NPD), relaunch and maintenance projects
Lead the implementation of the new Packaging Recyclability Logo throughout EMEA, including planning, progress monitoring and coordination with cross-functional teams (Artwork, Supply Chain, Regulatory, R&D Packaging, Quality and Commercialisation)
Manage Own Label (OL) activities for CEE markets in close cooperation with Sales and support functions, including responsibility for the AW/REPRO process
Support CCI and Simplification initiatives, including product code creation and coordination with the Artwork team
Create and manage product codes in line with internal procedures and systems
The role requires strong cross‑functional leadership without direct people management responsibility
CANDIDATE PROFILE
Relevant professional experience in Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain or related functions
Experience in an FMCG environment preferred
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, Supply Chain, Quality or a related field
Project Management certification (PMP, Prince2, Agile or equivalent) is an advantage
Polish – fluent
Additional European language (e.g. French) is an advantage
Strong project management and organizational skills
Ability to lead cross‑functional and multicultural teams
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Strong analytical and computer skills
Ability to build sustainable working relationships within McC structures and external suppliers
Ability to influence stakeholders at Senior Manager level
